England, Thims, & Miller, Inc (ETM) is helping St. Johns County and the North Florida TPO with a major update of the county’s Transit Development Plan (TDP). A TDP is a 10-year horizon plan required by the Florida Department of Transportation that serves as a basis for defining public transit needs. The plan is a prerequisite for state funds and serves as a transit planning, development and operational guidance document. A public survey has been developed to gain input from the general public. The survey will be active until the 7th of February. Please share this survey within your network. The more input received, the better.
