The LCRA is now administering the Fix-It-Up Housing Grant Program for the residents of Lincolnville. The intent of this program is to remediate extensive health and safety home repairs to allow our long-term residents the opportunity to age in place. Grant allowances have increased to $50,000! New applicants can download the application and submit it to be qualified. Previous recipients are encouraged to apply for additional repair work. Work will be professionally completed by St. Johns Housing Partnership (SJHP) or an equally qualified organization.
